Made from a traditional recipe from the Wendat-Huron Nation in Quebec, Canada, this seasoning is 100% natural and contains two types of 100% pure maple sugar, Quebec Dune Pepper, ghost pepper, Quebec Balsam shoots, Beaumier Fir, garlic, sweet smoked paprika, sea and hickory salt and granulated onion. This seasoning is amazing on fish, poultry, pork, meats, cheeses, eggs, as a rimmer for Bloody Mary’s, dressings and marinades.
Interesting fact : In 2007, Guinness World Records certified ghost pepper as the hottest pepper in the world, 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce! Rest assured, we use it in very small amounts and it's a heat that comes through in the finish.
